The La Crosse Public Library provides a number of free family storytimes for all ages and interests.

Join us for a different storytime every Tuesday through Friday all month long.

No registration required for our May storytime sessions. Drop-ins are welcome!

Full STEAM Ahead Storytime Fun
Tuesdays in May from 10:30-11:15, Main Library
Every week we will explore another aspect of STEAM. Join us for some science/technology/engineering/art/math storytime fun! (Best for ages 0-5)

Reading Without Walls Storytime
Wednesdays in May from 5:30-6:15 PM, Main Library
Join us for an exploration of books that reflect the full diversity of our community. Each week we will explore a different theme through stories, songs and art- racial justice and history, families, the refugee experience, gender identity and expression, feminism, and food scarcity and hunger. (Best for ages 4+)

Tot Time Playgroup
Thursdays in May from 10:30-11:15 AM, Main Library
Come relax and play with your little ones in our Storytime Boat with music and toys. Let your child learn to interact with others, while you get to meet with other adults. (Best for ages 0-5)

Farmers Market Storytime
Fridays in May, June, and July from 4:30-5:00 PM, Cameron Park
Monthly Saturday Storytimes on May 6, June 3, and July 29 from 9:30-10:00 AM
Join us at the Cameron Park Farmers Market for a special outdoor family storytimes. (All ages)

Check back at the library for our June Storytime schedule. Registration for select June Storytimes begins on May 30.
