Welcome to the LaCrosse Public Libraries automated meeting room software, a quick and easy way to look up and reserve meeting rooms right from your home computer!

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE RESERVING A MEETING ROOM

*Any adult (18 years or older) may reserve a meeting room.

*Reservations for meetings at our library facilities are not limited to city of LaCrosse residents.

*The entry is only a request until it is accepted or denied by staff.  You will then receive verification.

*Your room request will be confirmed by email or telephone within 24 hours of your request.  If you reserve on Friday your request will be reviewed on Monday and you will be notified via email or by staff personnel.

*Current prices for the meeting rooms are as follows:

Full Auditorium A/B—up to 4 hours—$20

Full Auditorium A/B—over 4 hours—$25

Half Auditorium A/B—up to 4 hours—$10

Half Auditorium A/B—over 4 hours—$15

Trustees Room—up to 4 hours—$5

Trustees Room—over 4 hours—$10

*Meeting rooms at North and South Community Libraries are free.

To “request” a room, go to the Day View tab at the top. On the left side under Date Selection click on the date you are requesting. Then select the appropriate room you wish to request. Click on the selected times you wish to hold your meeting. Click continue at the bottom of the screen to complete the informational boxes. Click Verify Request to complete your request.
