Children's Museum of La Crosse

The Children's Museum of La Crosse offers hands-on learning with three floors of exhibits, related programming and more.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center offers a wide range of parent education and support programs to meet the individual needs of families with children ages birth-17.  They offer parents a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere in which to learn new parenting skills, interact with other parents, and discover community resources, including childcare options.

Coulee Parenting Connection

Coulee Parenting Connection is the area's only community parenting publication, published six times annually and available to tri-state area families for free.  Each issue features columns and articles aimed at enhancing family life in our region, along with our exceptionally popular Family Fun Calendar, offering the area's most comprehensive calendar of local family events.

Visit this website to locate the parks, bike trails, pools and beaches in our area.  Also, find an extensive listing of programs and activities for all ages.

 Hmong Cultural & Community Center

Honors and celebrates the Hmong tradition.  The center houses HMAA offices, a radio studio, meeting rooms, child care center and resource center.  The community center is open to the public.

 Swarthout Museum

The Swarthout Museum features changing exhibits about the history of La Crosse County, about everything from local businesses to daily life in the past.
