Our Vision
The La Crosse Public Library is the hub of our community, inspiring inclusion, learning, and connection.
Library History
Established in 1888, the La Crosse Public Library (LPL) serves the citizens of the entire Coulee Region, through consortial agreement, and is the resource library for the Winding Rivers Library System. La Crosse Public Library, with its flagship facility on Main Street as well as North Branch Library, provides a full range of library services and programs.
