Join the ADRC for Kinship4Caregiver’s Interactive Memory Book Workshop

This workshop is designed as an enlightening journey into the past, reminiscing and enjoying pictures and memories of your own or your Loved One’s life. You will learn the reason for creating a memory book as well as how to construct one that can be updated as time moves forward and memories fade.

Main Audience: care partners, caregivers, friends and relatives who want to enjoy time together building a lasting way to remember. We welcome those who want to preserve memories for themselves or family, not only those impacted by dementia. Participants will need to bring a few supplies to personalize their book, including Photos. All other materials will be provided.

Part of June Brain Health & Dementia Awareness month, hosted by Dementia Friendly La Crosse County Community Coalition, presented by the Aging & Disability Resource Center. Kinship4Caregivers is a program welcomes current and former caregivers twice a month for fun and fostering new connections or education and conversation to improving the caregiving experience.
