Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Vouchers
The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, coordinated locally by the ADRC of La Crosse County, provides low-income seniors with vouchers (one $25 set of vouchers allowed per household) to purchase fresh, nutritious, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs from participating farmers' markets, roadside stands, and community supported agriculture programs. Eligible La Crosse County residents may access application by clicking here, calling the ADRC at 608-785-5700, or stopping by the ADRC office located on first floor of the Health & Human Services Building (300 4th St N, La Crosse). A limited number of vouchers are available. Completed applications will be processed in the order received. Eligible applicants must:
- Live in La Crosse County
- Be 60 years of age or older (or if Native American, 55 years of age or older)
- Be considered low-income (at or below 185% of the federal poverty guideline)
