Children's Tea Party

Hear ye, hear ye. The Lords and Ladies of the Coulee Region are invited to join the La Crosse Public Library on Saturday, January 27 for a royal tea party at the ‘Castle on Cass.’ This unforgettable experience will make a great stocking stuffer for the little prince or princesses in your life. Tickets are now on sale for three seatings: a family-friendly Children’s Tea Party at 11 AM and 1 PM, and High Tea at 4 PM just for adults. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to help fund the “Libraries are for Everyone” banner display project set to be unveiled in April.

Enjoy tea, hot chocolate, and fine family-friendly finger foods in one of La Crosse’s most historic and lavish houses. Take a child-appropriate tour of the new Castle La Crosse Bed and Breakfast led by one of its owners. Partake in royalty-themed crafts and activities. Each guest will leave with a special gift bag. A keepsake photo of your experience at the castle will be sent to you after the event. Royal attire is encouraged. Limit 20 people per seating. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets on Sale Now 

To reserve your ticket, please contact Joe at the La Crosse Public Library at (608) 782-5134 or jhammes@lacrosselibrary.org.  You will be able to pick up your tickets starting on December 11. Tickets must be picked up at the front desk of the La Crosse Public Library, 800 Main Street, during open hours. Payment by cash or check must be made when you pick up your ticket. We will mail tickets by special arrangement, but we must receive your payment before your ticket is sent. Checks payable to the La Crosse Public Library. Tickets are $25 for the Children’s Tea Party and $50 for High Tea.  All proceeds from ticket sales will go to help fund the “Libraries are for Everyone” banner display project set to be unveiled in April.
