Downtown Neighborhood Association

Join the Downtown Neighborhood Association at the La Crosse Public Library for their monthly neighborhood meeting. Free and open to the public.

The Downtown Neighborhood Association in seeks to promote a more livable neighborhood in the area between the Mississippi River and West Avenue and Cass Street and the marsh. 

Please note that our April 9 meeting will be held in the Children's Room of the Main Street Library instead of their auditorium.
