Join us for a celebration of gardening, featuring conversations with local experts and a community-wide seed swap!

10:00am -11:00am: Gardening Talk: Community Building in a Landscape
Join gardener and co-owner of Coulee Region Ecoscapes, LLC Judson Steinback for a talk on how we can address major societal and community issues through gardening. From climate change to limited access to healthy food to too much screen time, Jud will discuss ways to shift the garden design paradigm from tidy spaces with isolated plants to ecological communities that harmoniously support human services.

11:00am - 12:00pm: Seed Swap
Following the talk, join us for a seed swap! Please label seeds with identifying information. No seeds? No problem! Everyone is welcome to join the seed swap and pick up seeds from local seed savers and community organizations like the Kane Street Garden, YMCA Food Forest and more!
