In Western culture, menopause is rarely celebrated and has traditionally been a taboo topic, often difficult to discuss even with family members. However, this is starting to change!

Join our friends from Planned Parenthood as we work to eliminate the stigma surrounding menopause through informative discussions, engaging activities, snacks, and plenty of laughter.
