Join Sarah Hennnessey from the Franciscan Spirituality Center in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month for a relaxing guided meditation.  

Meditation is proven to reduce stress and promote relaxation. We’ll start with a centering practice and brief check-in. Then Sarah will lead a 30-minute guided meditation that includes relaxed breathing, a body scan and a visualization. Afterward, we will share what we noticed. All are welcome to join for this time of rejuvenation.
