Chair Yoga is adaptable for every body and will offer a sense of ease, relaxation, and strength. In each class participants will explore a variety of seated poses or standing shapes with support of the chair which can improve flexibility, balance, and reduce stress. Certified yoga instructor, Jamie Pedretti, will lead each session offering choices and modifications so every participant feels empowered and supported!
