Join us in learning about how architecture, class, and culture intersect on La Crosse's streets. Each week, we will explore a different neighborhood and topic. The schedule is:
- Week 1: Architecture for Beginners | Scavenger Hunt | All ages welcome, a children's librarian will be there to help kids get excited.
- Week 2: Prairie [Style] La Crosse | Walking Tour
- Week 3: Historic Dowtnwon | Walking Tour
- Week 4: Beer History | Bike Tour | 5 Mile loop, car route is available to follow along
All ages are welcome. Tours are free, but please reserve a space at footstepsoflacrosse.org. You will receive meeting locations with registration.
The last tour will end at Turtle Stack Brewery, who is graciously supplying the group with 1 free beer per participant. Contact jderocher@lacrosselibrary.org for accessibility and alternate route information.
